STRONG LEASING

You will be assured that every tenancy application received on your property will be processed within 24 hours and will be referred to you for your consideration.

You will be assured that all rental and employment referees are checked thoroughly in writing and verbally.

You will be assured that you will receive a Trading Reference of Australia certificate detailing that your tenant is not listed as a defaulting tenant

STRONG PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

You will be assured that we will conduct at least one annual inspection of your property and provide you with a detailed report on its condition. Our report includes photographs and a market assessment report of the property.

You will receive an invitation from your Property Manager to attend the inspection of your property.

You will be assured that within the first 90 days of a new tenancy an inspection of your property will be undertaken

STRONG RENT COLLECTION

You will be assured that your tenant can pay rent to Strong Property 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

You will be assured that any arrears will be dealt with promptly by way of Letters Of Demand, SMS, telephone calls and personal visits to your tenant.

STRONG ACCOUNTING

You will be assured that the rent on your property will be reviewed at least once every six months

You will be assured that you will receive a monthly statement detailing all income and expenses of your property

You will be assured that you will receive a detailed end of financial year income and expenditure statement for your property.

STRONG REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
